A few weeks ago, we wrote about the recent release of the PHP7 programming language, and the fact that we use a tool for the protection of our intellectual property, called SourceGuardian. At the time, SourceGuardian was still working on the final tests of the new version of their software. As a result, we were not yet able to provide version of our plugins that could run on PHP7 servers.

Today we have good news: SourceGuardian released their v12 software on July 4, 2016. We’ve been testing it for the past few weeks, and we’ve also done stability and performance tests of our plugins, encoded with the new SourceGuardian tool, and running on the new SourceGuardian PHP7 extension. These tests have been completed and have been successful.

With this behind us, we’re very happy to be able to report: we fully support PHP7 now, and of course also all the older versions of PHP that are still current and actively being maintained.
